At Razor Roar, we value your time as well as the time of all of our other customers.

You will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file if a 24-hour notice is not given for cancellations or reschedules. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

We will grant you a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time for arrival. We cannot guarantee service after this grace period. If the services cannot be performed, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, a free correction of the error or full refund will be granted within 7 days. We will exchange/refund products within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All bookings require a credit card number on file to secure an appointment.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

Geolocation Information.
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services.
