BEFORE YOU BOOK:

At Razor Roar, we value your time as well as the time of all of our other customers.

You will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file if a 24-hour notice is not given for cancellations or reschedules. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

We will grant you a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time for arrival. We cannot guarantee service after this grace period. If the services cannot be performed, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, a free correction of the error or full refund will be granted within 7 days. We will exchange/refund products within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All bookings require a credit card number on file to secure an appointment.

Due to high demand, walk-in appointments are rarely available. The easiest way to get your personalized grooming experience is to secure an appointment.

Absolutely!

We are trained to cut hair from a baby's first haircut, all the way until they become successful gentlemen.

DO you use a straight
razor for shaves?

Not only do we use straight razors for shaves, we use them to finish every haircut.
We put the word "razor" in our name for a reason!

How often should I
come back for maintenance?

We recommend 2-3 weeks for shorter cuts and 4-6 weeks for longer ones. Your barber/stylist will recommend the best time frame for you.

Yes! We take pride in being able to service all textures of hair and skin. Our team is also very diverse and multi-cultural itself.
