As an apprentice, your job is to learn our systems and processes while conforming to our customs and standards. You are expected to shadow our barbers and absorb as much knowledge as possible.

We will also provide you with structured hands-on education on a regularly scheduled basis. Once you reach a certain level of proficiency, we will transition you to the cutting floor. You can expect to be an apprentice anywhere from 6 months to a year.

As a barber, your job is to master our systems and processes while fostering and retaining a clientele. You are expected to accomplish all duties and responsibilities in an efficient manner.

At this level, you are also expected to contribute to our culture and act as an ambassador on and off duty. Once you reach technical expertise, a consistent 90% booking rate and at least two years at this level, you will be promoted to master barber.

As a master barber, your job is to encompass all the previous requirements and perform as a technical expert and trainer. You are responsible for being developing leadership skills and communicate effectively, clarify expectations, correct negative behaviors, and foster a professional culture.

Once you demonstrate you possess the right technical skills and leadership qualities, you will be eligible for promotion to lead barber.

As the lead barber, your job is to encompass all the previous requirements while being an active leader. You are entrusted with opening/closing the facilities as well as enforcing standards and procedures.

At this level, you are responsible for communicating tasks and responsibilities in order to facilitate success. You are the voice and face of the employees and will be held responsible to regularly communicate with leadership.
