Razor Roar is the registered d.b.a name of Veguilla LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7161 Whitestown Parkway, Zionsville, IN 46077 ("Razor Roar", “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting the revised version to the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Razor Roar complies with all applicable state and local health regulations and sanitation guidelines governing barbershop operations in Indiana.
If you are feeling unwell or have a communicable condition, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your safety and the safety of others. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not followed

You and Razor Roar both consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boone County, Indiana, for any dispute.

You agree to resolve any disputes related to these Terms or services provided by Razor Roar through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. This means you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
Arbitration will be conducted in Indianapolis, Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties agree to split the arbitration fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
This clause survives the termination of your relationship with Razor Roar.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Razor Roar regarding your use of the Site.
