Out of respect for your barber’s time and our clients waiting to get in, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If less notice is provided, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the full service amount as it represents a missed opportunity to serve another guest.
Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens. You’ll have a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. After that, we may not be able to complete your service, and 50% of the scheduled cost will be charged to the card on file.
