BEFORE YOU BOOK:

At Razor Roar, we value your time as well as the time of all of our other customers.

You will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file if a 24-hour notice is not given for cancellations or reschedules. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

We will grant you a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time for arrival. We cannot guarantee service after this grace period. If the services cannot be performed, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services to the card on file.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, a free correction of the error or full refund will be granted within 7 days. We will exchange/refund products within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All bookings require a credit card number on file to secure an appointment.

- Anticipate client needs by identifying and providing solutions to skin, scalp, and styling concerns through service options and products.

- Strong effort for client retention via quality services and recurring appointments.

- Ensure daily cleanliness, neatness, and sanitization of all functions of Razor Roar.

- Continual effort to support team members by sweeping between clients, launder and fold towels, and replenish to towel warmers.

- Master our operating system and perform all front desk functions with confidence and accuracy when needed.

- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance as the face of our brand.
